AI Training & Coaching

Your team AI-capable, without lengthy courses

AI only works when your team works with it. I train employees hands-on, focused on their own tasks. No generic presentations about the future of AI — concrete tools and prompts they'll use the next day.

What is AI Training & Coaching?

AI Training & Coaching is a practical programme where I teach your team how to use AI daily in their work. We work with real cases from your own practice. I guide the adoption process and make sure the knowledge sticks.

Who is this for?

  • Teams who know AI is useful but haven't integrated it into their work yet
  • Managers who want their department to become more productive with AI
  • Businesses that have recently acquired AI tools but aren't doing much with them

How does it work?

01

Tailored preparation

I speak with the manager beforehand about the team: which roles, which tasks, which tools do they already use? I tailor the programme to their daily work.

02

Hands-on workshop

The workshop lasts 2-4 hours and is completely hands-on. No slides about ChatGPT — straight to work with real tasks. Everyone works on their own laptop.

03

Personal prompt library

After the workshop, each team member has a set of prompts that work for their specific tasks. Not generic — tailored to what they do every day.

04

Follow-up & support

I'm available for questions in the weeks after the workshop. If the team gets stuck or wants to explore new applications, we schedule a follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

How many people is a workshop suitable for?
Best results come with groups of 4 to 12 people. Larger groups are possible but leave less room for personal guidance.
Which tools do you cover in the training?
That depends on what's most relevant for your team. I work with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, and sector-specific AI tools. We agree on this beforehand.
Our team isn't technical. Is that a problem?
No — quite the opposite. I always focus on practical application, not the technology behind it. You don't need to understand how AI works to use it well.
Can we also train online?
Yes. I deliver training both on-site and online. For team workshops I prefer in-person — it simply works better for collaboration and energy in the room.
